As a PLUS Markets - registered company, Eden Research plc is not required to comply with the Combined Code on the Principles of Good Governance and Code of Best Practice (the “Combined Code”). The directors, however, support the highest standards of corporate governance and operate within the Combined Code as far as practicable, based on the company’s size, the international nature of its activities, the company’s stage of development and its financial and human resources.
The company operates a share-dealing code for directors and senior executives on the same terms as the Model Code appended to the listing rules of the UK Listing Authority.
The company has non-executive directors on its board and has set up Remuneration, Nomination and Audit Committees with formally delegated duties and responsibilities to ensure that good governance is maintained.
