Director's Shareholding
Eden Research plc ("the Company") has been informed that Ken Brooks, Chairman, purchased 50,000 shares in the Company on 26 September 2008 at 53 pence per share. He now holds 516,165 shares in the Company, representing 0.92% of the issued share capital.
Pursuant to this purchase, the aggregate directors' holdings in Eden Research plc is now 1.09%.
